Location of service: Forest Mind trips are welfare services which take place in the city of Vantaa at Kuusijärvi  recreational area.

Transport issues: The price includes transport to the lake and back to the hotel. Customers can also organize their transport to Kuusijärvi area by themselves.  If the customer wants to stay at the lake area and enjoy swimming and sauna after the Forest Mind trip, he/she should organize his/her trip back to the hotel by himself/herself and also pay the extra costs of travelling back there.

Availability: Service is available around the year. Service is given in english and in finnish.

Suitability: Service is suitable for people whose health is normal and they can walk in forest approximately 1,5 kilometres. There are good paths in the Kuusijärvi area which are easy to walk on.

Customers don't need any supplies for art making.

Place for service: The service takes place at Kuusijärvi lake. If the customer wants to stay at the lake area and enjoy swimming and sauna after the Forest Mind trip, he/she should organize his/her trip back to the hotel by himself/herself and also pay the extra costs of travelling back there

Other notes for the trip: Forest Mind trip is a journey to the silent being in the forest and experiencing nature and to create connection with nature. So it is not recommended to speak loudly and cause any big noise during the trip.

Trips should be reserved through calendar which location is in these websites. 

Prices:

Forest Mind trip 1,5 hours 150€ (includes VAT 24% + transport)

Forest Mind Art trip 2,5 hours 250€ (includes VAT 24% + Transport)

Forest Mind trips should be paid beforehand by online payment through these websites.

The customer has the right to cancel his/her reservation for a trip 12 hours beforehand without extra costs. Cancellations should be made by email info@intoforest.fi otherwise they are not valid.

After the 12 hour timeline the customer has to pay 40% about the price.

Insurance policies: The customer should have his/her own insurance for accidents.
